Information

Parallels Plesk Automation (PPA) is shipped with Customer & Business Manager (CBM). CBM is installed during installation by default.

Ability to use CBM is determined by the main PPA license.

#114976 Parallels Plesk Automation licensing

To activate CBM on your installation:

  1. Install main PPA license key
PPA Administration Panel > License & Security > License Manager
  2. On the next login to Administration Panel, PPA will perform CBM initialization.
If you do not want to use CBM on your PPA installation disable CBM with the following command:
# /usr/local/ppa/bin/billing.sh --switch off --login <login> --password <password>

To enable CBM use value 'on' for the 'switch' option:
# /usr/local/ppa/bin/billing.sh --switch on --login <login> --password <password>
