When Parallels Mobile
connects to Mac, it shows you "Host login..." for a while and then you get the error message:

Mac account name or password contains specific characters like @, & ?
Mac account name or password contains national specific characters like é à ä ö
Make sure neither the Mac account name nor the Mac account password have specific characters listed in Cause part of the article. If Mac account and password do not contain any specific characters, verify them in Parallels Mobile Mac's settings. Tap the blue arrow (see the screen shot) to re-enter Mac account name and Mac account password.
If Mac account or account password has a specific character, change the password or account name to a simple one. Note: do not forget to update credentials in Parallels Mobile Mac's settings ( tap on blue arrow on screen shot to re-enter credentials)
If Mac account password is OK, still change it to a simple one like 12345qwe. Note: do not forget to update credentials in Parallels Mobile Mac's settings
