RESOLUTION

This service allows you to upgrade your key to new Plesk versions for free while SUS is active. 1 year of free upgrades service is included with every permanent license and you can optionally renew this service later at 25% of license key cost to continue to receive free upgrades, patches, etc after first year of license key use.

Here is a complete list of Parallels Software Maintenance (SUS) Details:

1. Software Maintenance (SUS) includes all Service Patches, Updates, and   New Version Releases for the Plesk and Confixx Control Panels.
2. Software Maintenance (1 year) is included in the Retail Price of the License
3. SUS Renewal is OPTIONAL.
4. SUS can be RENEWED for 25% of the Retail Price prior to 1st  year  Expiration date (1 year from date of purchase) for an additional 1 year.
5. Expired SWsoft SUS can be REINSTATED for 65% of the Retail Price for 1 year.
6. Reinstated SWsoft SUS can be renewed for 25% of the Retail Price the  following year.
