RESOLUTION
First of all you should keep in mind following article about new Plesk Domain synchronization with HSPcomplete.
HSPcomplete collects information about DNS zones changing every 5 minutes by default. If no changes were made then HSPcomplete does nothing. It gets only A, MX, CNAME and TXT records from Plesk. All other DNS entries are ignored. After that DNS zone on HSPcomplete node (VE) will have all changes presented in Plesk.
When HSPcomplete has zone changed then DNS zone has to be reloaded before changes take effect in slave NS servers. There is an option “DNS reload interval” at “Top > Service Director > Domain Manager > Setup” specifying how long it will take before zone reload. It is 5 minutes by default.
After that slave NS server gets zone file from master NS (HSPcomplete). Thus, changes in DNS will appear only after last operation completing.
Total time that might be taken: 5-10 minutes (get zones from Plesk) + 5 minutes (DNS reload) + (changes reflecting in slave NS) = 10 – 15 minutes.
