SYMPTOMS

You try to browse web statistics on a domain but you get the error:

Directory Listing Denied

CAUSE

Webalizer version on a domain does not match with webalizer version installed on the server.

Beginning from version 7.5.5 Plesk uses Webalizer version V2.01-10-RB02. All older versions use out-dated version V2.01-10. Such problem can occur in the following cases:

1. Plesk was upgraded from version less then 7.5.5 to 7.5.5 or greater.
2. Domain was restored from Plesk version less then 7.5.5 to 7.5.5 or greater.

RESOLUTION

You need to update Webalizer configuration on domains to V2.01-10-RB02. To do it on all domains at once download the corresponding file that contains a tool

For Plesk 7.5.5

wblcnv7.5.5.zip

For Plesk 7.5.6

wblcnv7.5.6.zip

For Plesk 8.x.x

wblcnv8.x.x.zip

You need just unzip the utility to any place on the server and run, it will update all files webalizer.current, located in domain statistics home folder  %plesk_vhosts%domain.com\statistics\webstat, automatically. But it only updates the files, statistics is not affected. It becomes updated after next statistics starting.
