How do I change or reset the password for My Account?

I need to change or reset the password for my Parallels Desktop account.


If you forgot your password

  • Go to My Account at
  • Click the "Sign In" tab.
  • Click on the "Forgot password?" link:

  • On the next page, enter your My Account email address, then click "Next":

  • The instructions for resetting your password will be sent to your email address.

  • When you receive the email, click the provided link to reset your password. You will be directed to the My Account pageб where you will need to create a new password.

  • Fill in the “New Password” and “Confirm” fields. Note that your password must be 6 to 20 characters long.
  • Click on “Reset Password.”

If you are already logged in to My Account

  • Go to the "General" tab and click "Edit" next to "Password":

  • Fill in the "Current Password", "New Password" and "New Password Twice" fields then click the "Set Password" button:
