How can I merge customers in Parallels Customer and Business Manager?

Symptoms
I have two customer accounts and I need to merge them, but tool “Merge with Other Customer” is absent in Parallels Customer and Business Manager.
Cause
Tool “Merge with Other Customer” is temporary removed from Parallels Customer and Business Manager. We will add it back in one of the future releases.
