Desite of the "Customer & Business Manager" component of installation, it is missing from the Parallels Plesk Panel 10 menu.In the Server Administration Panel, the following error can be displayed:

Cause
"Customer & Business Manager" requires the correct Plesk host name resolution. The host name should point on the server where Parallels Plesk Panel is installed. So, integration was not completed.9244 Customer & Business Manager installation requirements
Resolution
To complete integration, correct the dns records for the Plesk host name and initialize components integration."Customer & Business Manager" integration can be done by executing the "init_local_billing.php" script. This script can be found in the directory "%plesk_dir%\admin\plib\scripts\"
