  • Parallels Plesk Panel 10.0.x for Windows

Symptoms

Parallels Plesk Panel does not display SSL management page of the domain. If you click on the "Secure Your Site with SSL Certificate" button browser returns the "Connection reset by peer" error. It is not possible to set SSL certificate on the domain.

Cause

Issue is caused by Tomcat application isapi filter which blocks requests to the SSL management page.

Resolution

Issue was discovered in Parallels Plesk Panel version 10.0.1 and will be fixed in the future updates.

Remove Tomcat application isapi filter from the websites in IIS.
Use instruction for removing Jakarta ISAPI filter:

1. Open IIS management console.
2. Navigate to Web Sites properties -> ISAPI filters tab.
3. Jakarta ISAPI filter should be removed. It uses the "%plesk_dir%\isapi\isapi_redirect.dll" library.
