End-of-Life (EOL) Policy Statement:

Parallels provides Technical support for the current version of Parallels Desktop for Mac and the previous two versions.

Support and maintenance for Parallels Desktop 3.x for Mac and earlier versions ended with the release of Parallels Desktop 6 for Mac on September 15, 2010. This means that:

1. Parallels will no longer release patches or updates for those product versions;
2. Parallels Support will no longer accept tickets to address questions or issues for those product versions under any standard support plan coverage.

NOTE: License upgrades from Parallels Desktop 2.x and 3.0 to the latest version of Parallels Desktop for Mac (version 7) are not available. Parallels Desktop 2.x and 3.0 for Mac customers willing to upgrade to Parallels Desktop 7 for Mac need to purchase a Full copy of Parallels Desktop 7 for Mac: http://www.parallels.com/store/
