The Parallels product tries to connect to the license server
ka.parallels.com at port 5224 to update the license, but it cannot establish a connection.
Since December 19, 2011, the IP address of the license server has changed to 126.96.36.199. Make sure that the hostname
ka.parallels.com resolves to the IP 188.8.131.52 from your server:
