Resolution

If having added a server via H-Sphere control panel, you get the Cannot get server info error, you should follow these steps:

- Go to E.Manager and check the sign to the right from the problem physical server.

1. If there is no sign, click the name of the physical server and make sure the Get server info option is enabled.
2. If there is an exclamation mark, the Control Panel can not connect to the server. In this case, log into the CP server as the
cpanel user and make sure you can ssh into the problem server without a password.

3. If you are running H-Sphere version 2.4.3.506, please get updated. This version has a bug with collecting server info.
