Symptoms

javax.mail.AuthenticationFailedException: authorization failedResolution
Such an issue is usually caused by the incorrectly configured Support Center. Please check all the settings carefully:- support e-mail address;
- POP3 host;
- POP3 user;
- POP3 password.
