Cannot download Parallels Desktop 4.0 from website

Symptoms

You are unable to download Parallels Desktop 4.0 from Parallels website. 'Rejected', '503-Forbidden', '403-Forbidden' or 'Restricted' error messages may appear in web browser window.

Resolution

Your mail client program cannot view HTML-formatted emails. It does not display the full links correctly when you click the download link.

Copy and paste the link sent to your email to Safari (or Mozilla Firefox and so on) address bar and press Enter. The download process should start.
