HP Remote Graphics Software (RGS) version 5.2.4. is supported since VZU400022 update.HP Remote Graphics Software (RGS) is a remote access protocol that enables rich graphics applications as well as audio and USB devices to be accessible over the network during a user’s remote session from a client to the server.
It is typically used in VDI scenarios (please, refer to “Parallels VDI solution” for more details). To install RGS “sender” (server) inside a Windows 2003 container, please, enable the “XP compatibility mode” in the RGS Setup.exe properties.

Known issues:
The following warning will be shown:
"The RGS Sender is configured to disable the monitor, keyboard and mouse that are physically attached to the Sender system when the desktop is accessed using RGS. The sender was unable to successfully apply this settings. Please consult the RGS User's Guide for more information on how to resolve this failure."
