How I can check my license keys if I asked by support?Parallels Desktop version 4.0 as well as 5.0 version stores all license keys in file
/Library/Preferences/Parallels/licenses.xml
If you upgraded to Parallels Desktop version 4.0 or 5.0 from previous version,
all previous keys are also stored in that file.
You can open this file in TextEdit application,
or using application in archive attached to this article.
Content of file is similar to one bellow:
