Symptoms

Mouse is synchronized between Host and Guest OS. How Do I Disable It?

Cause

By default Mouse synchronization between Host and Guest OS is enabled since Parallels Tools are installed.

Resolution

To disable this option, please click "Configure" button on your virtual machine window.

The Virtual Machine Configuration  window will be opened.

Go to "Services" node -> uncheck "Automatically capture and release the mouse pointer" checkbox.
