Symptoms

Incorrect version of Transporter/Transporter Agent

Resolution

1. In Mac OS X browse to Applications - Parallels folder, find the Transporter application, right-click on its icon, choose the "Get Info" option and find the version number.


2. In Windows start Parallels Transporter, right-click on its icon in the Taskbar, and choose the "About Parallels Transporter" option.


Synchronize versions of Parallels Transporter Agent installed at the Windows PC side and Parallels Transporter at the Mac side using the information from this table.
