Purchasing additional licenses in an existing business subscription

To purchase additional product licenses in a subscription, use the Subscriptions and Licenses > Corporate Subscriptions section of your company Parallels business account Web portal. If your company does not yet have a Parallels business account, see Registering a Parallels business account for details about how to create one.


Tip: Use the instructions in this article to add more licenses to your existing Parallels product subscription if your company subscription has been purchased via the Parallels online store. If the subscription has been acquired through a Parallels Sales representative or Parallels reseller, contact them to get more licenses in your contract.

To purchase additional licenses in an existing subscription:

  1. Open the details page of a corresponding subscription (as described in Viewing details of a subscription registered in a Parallels business account) from the Corporate Subscriptions list at https://license.parallels.com/#/business_subscriptions/list.

    Tip: If you don’t see a subscription to a particular Parallels business product, you may need to register its license key in your Parallels business account, as described in the article Registering a subscription in a Parallels business account.

  2. Find the product you want in the Products section (at the bottom of the page) and click Details.

  3. To increase the number of product licenses, click the Change button in the Total number of licenses row.

    The license upgrade dialog appears.

  4. Click Change and specify the new total number of product licenses in the subscription.

    Tip: When you specify a new total amount of the product licenses, you can see the additional charge for using the additional licenses in the current billing period, which is payable at the moment of upgrade, and the new total subscription amount (the renewal fee) based on the new number of license, which is due on the next billing date.

  5. When the new total number of product licenses in the subscription is set, click Pay & Upgrade.

  6. If you choose to pay via Pay Pal or a Wire transfer, make sure to complete the payment transaction so you’re able to use the new licenses.

  7. The new licenses will become available to your company Parallels business account as soon as the payment system notifies Parallels the transaction has completed.
