How to get to your virtual machine's configuration

This article will tell you how to access your virtual machine's configuration.

When your virtual machine is not running:

  1. Start Parallels Desktop
  2. Click on the Parallels icon on Mac menu bar and choose Control Center.

  3. Click on the cogwheel.

When your virtual machine is not running but its window is present on the screen, or when your virtual machine is running in Windowed mode:

  1. Click on the Parallels icon on Mac menu bar and choose Configure under your virtual machine section.

  2. Click on the cogwheel on top right corner of the virtual machine's window.

When your virtual machine is running in Coherence mode:

  1. Click on the Parallels icon on Mac menu bar and choose Configure.

When your virtual machine is running in Full Screen mode:

  1. Move your cursor to the top of your screen and wait until Mac menu bar appears.

  2. Click on the Parallels icon on Mac menu bar and choose Configure.
