If you need assistance with your domain, but your reseller is unresponsive, Parallels Customer Service can push it to your own account with Parallels. This will let you renew your domain, edit WHOIS details, change DNS setting, receive EPP code for transfer and add domain services.
The procedure is free of charge and can be accomplished if your domain was registered with eNom through one of their resellers.
IMPORTANT: you must be the registrant of the domain in question to request its push.

Once you create an account, please contact Parallels Customer Service with a request to move your domain to your account.
While submitting the request for Customer Service, indicate your domain name, account login ID and attach a color copy of one of the documents mentioned below, depending on who the registrant of the domain is:
- the registrant is an individual: a color digital copy of a government issued photo ID (driver's license, passport, military ID, birth certificate);
- the registrant is a company: a digital copy of a Business License or an Article of Incorporation.
