How do I check the Parallels Mobile server connection status?

  • Parallels Desktop 7 for Mac
  • Parallels Desktop 6 for Mac

  1. Start the Parallels Desktop application
  2. Open the Preferences window by using the menu item: Parallels Desktop > Preferences. Then click on Mobile at the top of the Preferences window.
  3. Check the Email and Password input field and the button below:
  • If the Email and Password are editable and the button's name is "Login", then PD is not currently connected (you are not logged in) to the Parallels Mobile server;
  • If the Email and Password are not editable and the button's name is "Logoff", then PD is currently connected (you are logged in) to the Parallels Mobile server.
