ISSUE

  • iSight camera doesn't work in my Windows Virtual Machine (VM) on Parallels Desktop for Mac--the screen goes black.
  • My USB devices don't work as well. 

RESOLUTION

Please update your Parallels Desktop to the latest build (14922 or later).
