Parallels Desktop 4 for Mac has reached End-of-Life

End-of-Life (EOL) Policy Statement:

Parallels provides Technical support for the current version of Parallels Desktop for Mac and the previous two versions.

As such, support and maintenance for Parallels Desktop 4 for Mac ended after the release of Parallels Desktop 7 for Mac ( September 06, 2011).

End of Support

On September 06, 2011 Parallels stopped supporting Parallels Desktop 4 for Mac. This means that:

  • Parallels will no longer release patches or updates for Parallels Desktop 4 for Mac;
  • Parallels Support will no longer accept tickets to address questions or issues for Parallels Desktop 4 for Mac under any standard support plan coverage.
  • Customers who are using Parallels Desktop 4 for Mac are not eligible for upgrade pricing for Parallels Desktop 7 for Mac and later versions.

Parallels Desktop 4 for Mac customers who wish to use the latest version of Parallels Desktop need to purchase a full license here.
