Resolution

Current Parallels Workstation 4 Extreme customers who have a valid maintenance contract will automatically receive upgrade instructions from the Parallels Operations Team.


Current Parallels Workstation 4 Extreme customers without a valid maintenance contract would need to contact the Parallels Sales Team to upgrade to Parallels Workstation Extreme 6.
